Include your support id

Every PromptO session is assigned a short support id. When a panel does not render, the text fallback includes it, like (support id ab12cd34). Include that id in your message: it lets the operator look up what your host application claimed it could render at connect time, which resolves most rendering questions in one step. The id points to session metadata only, never to your content.

Common questions

The panel did not appear. Your host most likely does not render MCP Apps; the Markdown fallback is the intended behavior, and the notice names it honestly. The docs list which hosts render panels.
A tool refused with a budget or busy message. Those are per-session guardrails; the message states the cap and when to retry.
A confirm-gated tool asked for a grant. The operator enabled the authorization gate; ask your sponsor for a grant id and nonce and pass both with the call.
